At Lumma, every plate begins with the produce of the Bay of Tivat, freshly caught fish, seasonal vegetables and the hotel’s own cold-pressed olive oil from family groves above Tivat.
The menu follows the seasons, while the philosophy remains the same: generous flavour, a beautifully restrained plate and a calm Mediterranean rhythm.
On the hillsides above Tivat, our family has cared for the same olive groves for generations. Each autumn, the olives are hand-harvested and cold-pressed in small quantities, for breakfast, the Lumma kitchen, spa rituals and a quiet in-room tasting prepared for your arrival.
