Just steps from the lobby, Ollie’s private beach platform opens directly onto the calm waters of the Bay of Tivat. Reserved sunbeds, soft towels, parasols and quiet service create an easy seaside rhythm, from morning coffee to an afternoon glass by the water.

An intimate wellness floor with an indoor heated pool, Finnish sauna, aroma steam room and treatment rooms. Our spa menu includes facials, massages and signature rituals inspired by the hotel’s family olive oil. Beside it, a fully equipped fitness studio overlooks the gardens.

The kitchen at Luma celebrates the bay — line-caught fish, market-fresh vegetables, herbs from our garden and our own cold-pressed olive oil. The menu changes with the seasons; the philosophy stays the same: generous flavour, restraint on the plate.
