Lumma Restaurant at Ollie’s Hotel by the Sea is open to hotel guests and outside diners, for slow lunches, long dinners and the soft hour before sunset on the Bay of Tivat.
Lumma is the kitchen of Ollie’s, with a simple concept: a short, seasonal Mediterranean menu, sourced from the Bay of Tivat and our family land. The dishes are unhurried, the plating restrained and the conversation is allowed to last.
We work with line-caught fish from local boats, vegetables and herbs from our garden above Tivat and the same olive oil that runs through the hotel. The wine list is short and well considered, focused on the Adriatic, Montenegro, Croatia and Italy.

What arrives at the table is shaped by what arrives at the kitchen door that morning: fish from Tivat’s small fleet, tomatoes from our garden, ricotta from a producer in Boka and wild herbs from the slopes of Vrmac.
Lumma’s menu is built around what arrives at the kitchen door each morning: line-caught fish from the Bay of Tivat, vegetables from our garden above the hotel and our family olive oil. The full seasonal menu will be available on opening.

Our wine list is built around the Adriatic: small Montenegrin producers, selected Croatian whites from Pelješac and the islands, and a handful of Italian houses from across the sea. The sommelier will gladly guide you through a three or five-course pairing menu, or find the right glass for the evening.

Lumma sits at the water’s edge. The terrace opens directly onto the Bay of Tivat, while the indoor room is quiet and candlelit. The best table is the one you arrive for early, before the light turns.
An hour earlier than you planned, and an hour later than you meant to leave.

A small private dining room for 6 to 14 guests, for family celebrations, intimate weddings, anniversary dinners or quiet business evenings. Designed in the same palette as the main restaurant, with dedicated service and a tasting menu prepared with the chef.
We came for the hotel and stayed for Lumma. Three nights, three dinners, every one slightly different and every one quietly memorable.
Our most loved package: a night at Ollie’s with dinner for two at Lumma, a glass of regional wine and the chef’s seasonal amuse-bouche.
